Strengths Academy and SKILLS were developed by master teachers and strengths coaches at The Learning Together Company, since 1998 a leader in creating and supporting peer-based reading and math interventions. Using the latest developments in brain research, developmental psychology and best teaching practices, Reading Together and Math Together interventions are  rooted in proven "learn by teaching" methodologies.

Since 2013, Learning Together has partnered with Gallup® to combine our expertise in social and emotional development with Gallup’s groundbreaking work in strengths education. Our common goal is to help every student live a strengths-based life with meaningful work, close relationships and  a sense of purpose and fulfillment. 

Learning Together’s support team includes regionally-based trainers and strengths coaches with years of direct teaching experience in the classroom. They are committed to helping partner schools, districts and educational organizations find success for every student.
